On idle, the CPU's temperature is about 40c (on Ryzen Master), and the cooler noise barely noticeable, but on load (especially when playing games), the CPU's temperature can reach 70c with loud fans noise. The first test I did is to enter in the BIOS and see the CPU temperature at idle. After few minutes, the CPU temperature reached 58°C. 58°C is hot but the Ryzen 7 5800X can run up to 90°C. Now let's start Windows and AMD Ryzen Master. At idle the CPU temperature is 35°C: Why this temperature is lower than in the BIOS?Therefore we simply plot a temperature stress test. We make use of a 240mm LCS cooler, you can see that the processor runs ~73C, under heavy load.
